Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) (“Contract”) are concluded between Felix Wotschofsky, hereinafter referred to as “Provider”, and the customer, hereinafter referred to as “Customer”.
1. Object and Scope of Services
1.1 Inatic, the SaaS product offered by the Provider, allows the Customer to send variable names and types from a selected data model to the API of OpenAI, provided that the Customer meets the following product requirements: At least Node.js 18 must be installed to use our platform. You must use a Typescript codebase.
1.2 The information provided by the customer will only be used for use with the OpenAI API and will not be used to train OpenAI’s models.
1.3 The provider will only submit the selected data models to OpenAI’s API, and not any other parts of the customer’s code, such as business logic or user interfaces.
1.4 As a result, Customer will receive randomly generated test data corresponding to the selected data model.
2. Data utilization by OpenAI
2.1 OpenAI may use the data transmitted by the customer only for the purpose of fulfilling the purpose, which includes processing, duplication and dissemination.
2.2 The Provider does not obligate us to delete the data sets transmitted by the Customer after their utilization by OpenAI.
2.3 The test data created by the provider may reflect real data to a small extent, although this is not specifically planned.
3.1 As this is a SaaS product, the provider guarantees a minimum availability of 95% of the time. The provider strives to keep the platform available at all times, but cannot guarantee absolute availability.
4.1 The use of the test data created on our platform is the responsibility of the customer. The provider assumes no warranty or guarantee for the quality, accuracy or plausibility of the data provided.
4.2 The provider is not liable for damages or losses resulting from the use of the test data or our platform, unless they are due to gross negligence or intentional misconduct of the provider.
5. Contract term and termination
5.1 Concluded contracts are always valid for one month and are automatically renewed for the next month, unless they are previously terminated by the customer.
5.2 The customer may terminate the contract at any time without giving any reason. Cancellation must be made in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be effective at the end of the current billing month.
6. business with companies and right of withdrawal
6.1 The Provider concludes contracts exclusively with businesses. The right of withdrawal for consumers according to, therefore does not apply.
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to changes and updates that may be made by the Provider from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these T&Cs regularly.
